Visit of a nutritionist scientist

The presentation of the book "The Secrets of Delaying Aging and Rejuvenation" by Aminboy Yusupov, a nutritionist, "Honest Laborer", and publicist writer, winner of the medals "Honored Person of Sports of Uzbekistan", "Honored Person of Public Education of Uzbekistan", "Honored Person of Physical Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan", "Pride of the Neighborhood" and "For Selfless Service", was held at the Khorezm Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center. A roundtable discussion was held on the topic "Healthy Life - a Guarantee of Longevity".The meeting was attended by the management of the medical center, department heads, and senior nurses. They gave very useful advice on the content of the book created by the author, the secrets of longevity, a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition, the norms of fat and bakery products, the identification and prevention of 20 diseases through nails, and the health benefits of sports.The roundtable discussion made a great impression on the participants.
